Some people may call me a cheapskate as I hate to pay more than what an item is truly wearth espicaly into days erra. I think most do not want to over pay on somethingd that has been inflated.
I have an Inspiron 537s that runs Windows 10 and a few years ago some had given me a IBM Server: System X3200 that can run Win XP and 7, not sure about 10 anyway on my Inspiron 537s the hard drive died and I needed a replacement hard drive like yeserday as I had to get some shipments out. Desprate I was, I looked to see if I had some older computers that I could get the hard drive out of and use it into my Inspiron 537s, but nope and so I look at the IBM and sure enoff I was shoked that the two hard drives that where alread in it fit my Inspiron 537s I was ablet to get back up and running in a few hours as I am no stranger in reinstalling computer operating systems and getting the UPS printer driver set up. Not sure what cause the hard drive to crash.
If you have any of the follow, they all use the same hard drives and you can use the WD code to find alternate hard drives that will work.
If you search for Inspiron 537, Inspiron 537s and IBM Server: System X3200 you will pay a lot more but you can get the hard drive much cheaper. On the hard drive they all have a WD followed by numbers and letter i.e. WD2500AAKX, you can try to search for the hard drive using this as well and see what comes up.
