I am deciding to share my story publicly so if anyone else is going through the same thing I had gone through you know that you are not alone and if you know without a shadow of a doubt your video does not violate YouTube’s community guidelines demand to see the evidence that proves your not guilty.
In the United States anyone who is accused of any wrong doing regardless if it’s just a minor incident like littering to committing the most heinous crime anyone who is arrested is presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. The prosecutor must present evidence either to the jury or to the judge if the trial is a bench trial as opposed to trial by jury that proves that the defendant is guilty of the crime that they are put on trial for. If it is a civil trial the person bringing a lawsuit against another individual must provide evidence to the judge proves that the defendant is guilty otherwise whether it is a criminal or civil trial if evidence is not presented the defendant is found not guilty.
Well the argument for private websites like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter does free-speech exist or should they have the right to censor people? What social media sites engage in political censorship that can be incredibly dangerous
