Here are some things you should know before you generate and give out invite codes:

We all love to help others out however in this case be extremely cautious on who you give an invite code to because if the person you invited uses their account malicious purposes i.e. spamming, sending emails with viruses, spyware or engaging in illegal conduct their account well of course be shut down but your account as well will be shut down. Only give invite codes to people who you personally know and trust.

Once you generate an invite code you cannot delete the invite code you have to wait for the invite code to expire.

To generate an invite code go to https://account.riseup.net and enter your login credentials then press login.

After you have signed in on the left-hand side bottom link of the menu you should see a link that says “invites“ click on this link and you’ll be taken to a page that looks like this as seen below. On this page click on “Generate New invite“ and it will generate an invite code. DO NOT click this link multiple times as this will generate multiple invite codes. As said before if you generate an invite code you cannot delete it you must wait for them to expire.

Here’s some additional information about the invite codes.

Once an invite code has been generated it will be valid for 30 days or until used which ever comes first.

An invite code can only be used once, it cannot be used multiple times.

If you accidentally generated an invite code you will not be able to delete or revoke the invite code you will need to wait until the invite code expires.
