Is this a case of the public labeling Brock Horner as a villain without examining the evidence and being impartial?

The photo above is Brock Horner 40-years-old, who has been arrested for burglary with assault or battery (non-forced entry). (Source 1).
When you see the video (http://facebook.com/gage.towles/videos/1333988947875259) that has sense gone viral between 40-year-old Brock Horner, and 22-year-old Gage Towles hated exchange, then you see Brock in Gage’s boat it makes the whole scene sound awful.
I believe that both parties should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. Unfortunately, I think majority of the people are only looking at one side and already labeling Brock Horner has a guilty person when there may be another perspective that should be considered as this may not make Brock Horner out to be the villain that he is being portrayed.
I came across this YouTube video where someone is giving their perspective about how Brock Horner was not intending to get on or in Gage‘s boat, nor trying to case any harm to Gage.
where profanity and accusations are made, then as the two boats are drifting into the water and moving at the current is moving Brock attempts to stop the boats from hitting, when Brock holds onto Gage’s boat, assuming to prevent himself from falling into the water he gets into Gages boat as Gage pulls away.
when Brock is seen allegedly trying to
shouting at old it sounds bad, and then a video that shows Brock on Gage‘s boat looks like this is a train ready to wreck at anytime or is a public looking at someone to blame without looking at both sides and carefully examining the video to determine who is at fault, maybe both are at fault, or one of them is at fault or none at fault?
He’s website has been taken down, and his Instagram account has possibly been deactivated.
