Prada Marfa, Donald Judd Concrete Art and Target Marathon

First up is Prada Marfa

I’m sure most of us are probably relatively familiar with Prada Marfa, as you can see in the photo below. Prada Marfa was constructed as an art project/experiment with shoes on shelves and handbags on tables to see how long it would last in the elements on the theory of never to be maintained.

Next is Donald Judd Concrete Art

Donald Judd Concrete Art just more like huge square drainage pipes that are laid down in order to carry large amounts of water out of the city (See here) or they look like bus shelters.

Last is Target Marathon

This article was originally published in 2017 and to reflect the re-publication of this article of 2022 , the wording will be slightly different from the original publication as to the original publication said “this was made sometime last year”.

I am pretty confident that this was made sometime in 2016 because if you look on Google Maps, the three times Google’s Streets car has been by this place no logo, or name is on the small building. Unlike, Prada Marfa created as an art project/experiment Target Marathon was originally an abandoned train stop turned into a Target according to this post http://imgur.com/aRuKx3T.
