Trump on trial: Second Impeachment trial

Background

Former president of United States of America, Donald J. Trump is facing another impeachment trial for allegedly riling up his supporters leading up to what the Democrats called insurrection and an attack against our democracy as they say a mob of Trump supporters left the mega rally to march to the United States capital and overwhelm capital police and call Mike Pence, the former vice president of the United States a trader as the VP certified the election results in addition to looking for Mike Pence they were also looking for the speaker of the house, Nancy Pelosi.

Day 1: opening statement from both sides

Day one, Tuesday, February 9, 2021 both sides had a total of four hours in order to make their opening statements. Both sides were able to bring exhibit in order to make their opening statement. The prosecuting team brought exhibit showing that the former President of the United States is responsible for the interaction that happened on January 6 while the opposing team says that the former President of the United States is not responsible for the interaction that happened at the United States Capitol.

Day 2: Prosecutor along with the team shows exhibits

On day two which was Wednesday, February 10, 2021 the prosecuting team presents evidence or known as exhibits in order to illustrate that Trump is responsible for the interaction that happened on January 6, 2021. They also show exhibits months before leading up to what they say is the insurrection that happened at the United States Capitol. They also show multiple tweets from the former president in which his Twitter account has been suspended in definitely as Twitter says that if they allow trump to remain on their platform it could further insight violence.

During the second day the prosecuting team shows never seen a video surveillance footage from inside the United States Capitol showing individuals breaking into the capital.

Day 3: Starts at noon at Eastern standard time
